Scholar Spotlight: Dalicia Simpson

2017 Milwaukee's Finest Scholar

Dalicia Simpson is a proud graduate from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities class of 2021, where she earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Developmental Psychology with a minor in Public Health.

Dalicia Simpson received the Milwaukee's Finest Scholarship in the Spring of 2017 after graduating from Milwaukee Public Schools, Rufus King High School. Currently, she has accepted a position at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in Minnesota, where she will gain experiences that will make me a better physician in the future.

"I am so grateful to have attended my dream school. My experiences here have been anything short of mediocre. I have had the pleasure of being the President of the Mu Rho Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Vice President of Recruitment for the Minnesota Medical Leaders, a member of the Minority Association for Pre-Medical Students and more," said Dalicia Simpson. "I can't believe my undergraduate experience is over, but I will forever be a Gopher and a Milwaukee's Finest Scholar! #SkiUMah"
